I have a friend that just had her baby boy a little under two weeks ago. When I hold him I find it amazing that Fiona was ever that small – that sleepy – that frail. I look at her today and think it’s amazing how time can fly! How in the world she ever hung out in my belly never ceases to amaze me.
Today, Fiona is 15 weeks 6 days old… and I just “saved” her from an “attack” from her bib. (I heard her talking and when I got up to check on her, the bib was laying over her face. lol) These days, we do a lot of gurgling and a lot of drooling. That same bib that attacked her earlier is saving me from having to do loads and loads of laundry each week.
Each day continues to be an amazing experience. Each day I learn something new. Each day I’m so very grateful to be her mami.
I hope when the time comes, she’ll be grateful to be mi nena, too.
And of course, abuelita who visited for Christmas, is very proud.

Oh, Yazmin, Baby Girl is SO precious! Look how big she’s gotten!

Thanks Brandi! I was just looking at a photo of her in Jason’s arms the other day. He could hold her whole body with his forearm…now he can only hold her from head to bottom with her legs hanging off. She’s growing too fast. :( lol
She’s adorable and I especially love the photo of the feet! I hope all is well with you and I’ve been meaning to ask – did the present arrive?

Thanks Libby. Yes, it did! I was just blogging about it last night when your comment came in, but then Hurricane Fi hit so that was the end of my computer time… :)
