I can’t remember the last time I had bronchitis, but dear baby girl got sick last week and infected me. While all she has is a cold, she really did a doozy on me. A trip to the doctor on Friday landed me a breathing treatment, antibiotics and two different inhalers. It hasn’t been fun; however, I am feeling much better today.
So the long weekend Jason and I had planned was once again ruined by sickness. Our last attempt to do something fun on a long weekend was a trip to Florida to visit mom and we all got sick! I’m hoping to break that cycle with some new healthy habits we’re adopting. More about that in another post.
Sitting around doing nothing left me with lots of time to go through a ton of photos. As you can imagine, this week’s (or last week’s) photo bomb post has tons of photos:
More ammo for when she’s older…
My neighbor makes the best pigtails!
Ethan… one of the many suitors ;)

The girls meeting for the first time. Fi wanted to give Genesis a kiss!

My little cousin, Allondra! Isn’t she cute?

My cousin and aunt goofing around. It was great to see him.
Last time we saw each other we were kids!

The baby smash cake mom bought for the family group birthday party.

The baby smash cake was not well welcomed by the girls.

The family birthday cake. Loaded with candles!

Cute kids at the Butterfly Rainforest at U of F in Gainesville.
I think the next set of photos is Fi’s birthday party…finally!

I’m so sorry you went through this. When my boys were little, someone was always sick and passing the bug along to everyone else in the family. Now that they’re older it doesn’t happen as much so things will get better for you. It’s just very hectic when they’re young.
I absolutely love your pics and those pigtails are just adooorable.
Blessings,
Eren

Thanks Eren. I’m actually being proactive and working on ramping up my immune system so I don’t get caught like this again. I have some other issues going on that would really benefit from an immune system bump. 6 months will tell if I’ve done what I needed to do. :)
