FSOJ – Summer Session – I’m in!

Ever heard of Four Seasons of Jewelry? Well, it’s a project where you commit to making a new piece of jewelry for 13 weeks in an effort to improve your craft and get feedback from fellow artists. I’m really looking forward to it.

I found this group earlier in the year, but the spring session had already started. Bad for me, but I patiently waited and almost missed out on the opportunity again. However, I am grateful that I was allowed to join in anyhow (seeing as I was several days late of the cutoff, again. :/ )

I do have two goals in regards to the Four Seasons of Jewelry. I want to:

1. improve my wire work, and
2. find a unique voice for my designs.

Vaque, I know. So with that in mind, I will be working on various tutorials to see what calls me, what inspires me and what just doesn’t work for me. It will be interesting to compare my style in 13 weeks.
