One of the things I like the most are times when I can get together with friends. Those times are few and far between. Lucky for me, this is one of those weekends.
If you ever visit my flickr stream and read some of the comments, the more off-color ones are made by that guy above. Garrett, and his panda hat, arrived in Atlanta from Pittsburgh this morning. I was the “lucky” one from our group of friends that got to travel through morning traffic to pick him up at the last drop off spot for M.A.R.T.A. (our local mass transportation system.)
Alpha Soda was our next stop on the way home. They serve some of the best food around…especially breakfast food. Let me just say that the honey wheat french toast with strawberry coulis and sweet cream was absolutely fantastic. We’re heading back tomorrow for more.
A few other out-of-towners are on their way as I write this. I have no idea what we’re going to do this weekend though. Go figure. :/
I also have a show on Saturday that I’ve failed to write about. Definitely looking forward to it though. So between the show and my friends in town, I suspect I will be postponing the 90 Etsy Features in 90 Days until things calm down sometime next week. But I’ll be keeping my camera handy. Hopefully I’ll have some good candids to post.
