A little before my trip to Hong Kong last year, I became obsessed with tea. I went through phases of obsession. Sometimes I drank tea 2-3 times a day with no remorse. A few weeks would go by and then I would stop drinking tea completely. (Now that I say that, I’m feeling like a cup of tea, so hold on a sec while I go get that…)
Now I’m back (and with a fabulous cup of the in-house mix of Jasmin Dragon Pearls and Rooibos Tropica from Teavana!) I’ve realized that while my very sturdy red teapot has been a good friend and a nice match for my chili red kitchen walls, a lovely special teapot, for those days that I’m feeling especially extra good, would be nice.

You might find the occasional creature depicted as well.
Needless to say, but with my love of Asian inspired art, I drool after these teapots quite a bit. (Not to mention the rest of her stuff, especially the plate sets!) Now, if I can just keep my kitchen clean enough to merit displaying these beautiful pieces of art…
