Now you may think that because I’m a jewelry designer that I don’t buy anyone else’s jewelry. For the most part, that is true, but there are certainly a few metal designers that I love. One of them is Clare from Stamp:
While I love tons of stuff in her collection, I’m really drawn to the patina on brass of these Verdigris Orchid Earrings. If you look at them, you can see how I easily justify adding these to my wishlist:
- They are not something I can make.
- I do not patina. (I have a dog that licks everything in sight. Chemicals in my house are not a good thing at all!)
Here’s one more item of hers that I think is fabulous, the Brass Constellation Cuff Bracelet. She has another bracelet in her Flickr account that really calls my name, but sadly it’s not for sale.
