Christmas Cards Went Out…Finally!
In my always late fashion, I finally ordered Christmas cards this past Monday and sent them out. I won a holiday paper pack from Brandi last year and had full intentions of using it this year for our cards, but with everything going on this season, I needed a quick solution. I decided to buy my cards from Walmart.
Remember the Christmas cards from the girl’s first Christmas? I was fortunate enough to get selected for a Shutterfly Christmas Photo Card sponsorship post where I received 100 cards for my participation. I truly liked the weight of those cards. Card stock makes paper products seem so much nicer.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to get these ordered as card stock. Photo paper cards are made in one hour and I needed that convenience. It is what it is.
These were the few designs I was looking at:
But this is the card we decided to go with:
And this is what the card looked like in hand:
Considering my lackluster photo taking year, I think the cards came out decent. How do you like them?

Your cards turned out beautiful! My sons school creates custom cards with the child’s artwork on the front. I just sent mine out too. Better late than never. :)
Thanks!
I think that would be a neat idea – kid’s portrait and artwork for Christmas cards. I will have to keep that in mind for next year!
