My 1001 Day Project ends on Friday, October 1, 2010 in .
Each month, the Etsy Blogger’s Street Team promotes one of its members as the featured blogger of the month. This month’s featured blogger is Stormy Designs...
Remember Play-Doh? Making dinosaurs and trees and people? And at the end of the day, always trying not to mix the colors, but failing miserable as you shoved the clay back into the cylindar containers? I was always so sad when my colors got mixed.
When I visited the shop of Stormy at Stormy Designs, I was sure her Play-Doh experience was just the opposite! In my mind, I imagined her as a child mixing colors left and right without a care in the world. Visions of swirls abounded. That’s why it’s truly a surprise that she only recently picked up polymer clay at the urging of a friend. Her skill clearly surpasses the time spent with the art.
Creating art for the home and for the body, within her shop you’ll find funky bracelets, fantastical dragons and seahorses, and even beads, buttons and other supplies. However, my favorite item out of everything in her shop has to be this cheery, one of a kind, sculpted flower bowl:

Don’t miss out on her mastery of polymer clay and the fabulous things she’s sure to bring in the future. Make sure you visit her shop today!
