Insanity Update – Week 8

An update for week 8 of Insanity is due, but I really have nothing new to share about my progress for the last week. I guess I should have saved some of the “sharing” from my last Insanity update.

Today should have been my last Insanity workout. It actually is tomorrow, but we will be walking all day at the Yellow Daisy Festival. By the time I drag myself home, I won’t want to do anything but take a shower and go to bed!

Instead, I spent the morning sequestered in the kitchen, as I had our carpets cleaned. If you remember the photo of my front room where I do the Insanity workouts, you know that I really needed them cleaned. The afternoon I spent running around town for a special surprise I have planned for a special someone this weekend. (Can’t say too much ’cause they read the blog sometimes.)

But Sunday is the last Fit Test. I can’t wait!
