Inspiring Me Rainy
We were supposed to have a rainy week here in “Hotlanta”. Clearly weather.com is way off on this one, since I’m sitting at my desk considering closing my blinds because of the brightness of the sun.

Regardless I was looking forward to the rain, because rainy days remind me of…

and of course… labradorite. And if I had some time to work on some new pieces this week, I would definitely pull some of these stones out!
What do rainy days remind you of?

I love rainy days here in the land of sunshine (Florida). Sometimes I like closing all the blinds and watching a movie in the dark with a big bowl of popcorn. And of course napping is always good in the rain. The sound alone makes me drowsy. And for the children (and you will learn soon), imagination is at its peak. Forts, forts and more forts. Forts pretending to be animals, pokemon and Jedi Knights. Rainy days though are when you know your happy though, family all around with out an escape every so often makes for some good memories. Lastly, rainy days remind me that I didn’t water the flowers and thank goodness mother nature remembered.
This was fun Yaz, thanks.
I always liked rainy days in Florida, too. I used to sit at the window and just watch the rain fall.
I think the days of forts and Jedi Knights can wait for me, Katie. Just want to enjoy the coming baby-ness while I can. :D Stop aging me! ;)
They remind me of puddle-jumping in brightly colored rain boots. Even as an adult. :-)
One day I plan on owning a pair, Ann! Maybe when Baby Girl is old enough I can make an excuse that I need to match with her. ;)
