La busca para libros de hoja cartón en español continua…

El lunes antepasado, fuimos a Barnes and Nobles en busca de libros en español para la nena. En particular, libros de hoja cartón. Cuando busco en Amazon, los mismos libros siempre salen arriba. Fui en espera que pudiera encontrar otros libros diferentes.
Lamentablemente, solamente encontré uno en español que me llamaba la atención. Como quiera, salimos de alli con tres libros:
All Creatures Great and Small – ¡Me parece que este libro es viejo, pero esta edición viene con dibujos modernos… y me encantan! Esta es la pagina favorita de la nena – todas las criaturas están durmiendo… ¡ssshh! (¡Y la nena en el libro se parece a ella! Ella apunta a la niña y después a si misma cuando terminamos leyendo el libro y nombrando todos los animales en la ultima pagina.)
Gossie / Gansita - Un lindo cuento de una gansita que se llama Gansita… y que usa botas rojas y brillantes… todos los días. Este es el único libro de los tres que es bilingue.
Hand Hand Fingers Thumb - ¿A quien no le gusta las rimas de Dr. Suess? La nena siempre se ríe à la parte de “Dum Ditty Dum Ditty Dum Dum Dum!”
Sigo buscando libros de hoja cartón bilingues o en español. ¿Tienen recomendaciones?

Monday before last, we went to Barnes and Nobles in search of books in Spanish for the girl. In particular, board books. When I look on Amazon, the same books always come to the top. I went hoping to find different books.
Sadly, I only found one in Spanish calling my attention. However, we left there with three books:
All Creatures Great and Small - It seems this book is old, but this edition comes with modern illustrations… and I love it! This is the girl’s favorite page – all of the creatures are sleeping… ssshh! (And the little girl in the book looks like her! She points at the little girl then at herself when we’re done reading the book and naming all the animals on the last page.)
Gossie / Gansita - A lovely story of a goose whose name is Gossie… and who uses bright red boots… every day. This is the only bilingual book out of these three.
Hand Hand Fingers Thumb - Who doesn’t like the rhymes of Dr. Seuss? The girl always laughs at the ”Dum Ditty Dum Ditty Dum Dum Dum!” part.
I’m still looking for Spanish or bilingual board books. Have any recommendations?

One of our favorite Spanish books has been “Buenas noches Luna” – the Spanish version of “Goodnight Moon” … I believe it comes in board book form.
