Never Give Up
It’s not the first time I’ve embarked on a weight loss journey. As a matter of fact, I lost 60 pounds several years ago on Weight Watchers. Sadly, a highly emotional event occurred and I found myself eating away my emotions.
60 pounds later, I was back to my starting weight… and my drive was non-existent.
However, I did mean it when I said enough was enough. I weighed myself in last Friday morning and found I had lost 2.4 pounds. I plan on keeping them off.
So here I am – spouting the “try, try again” mantra. Really, it works.
And if you are trying to find the motivation to try it one more time, here is a video just for you:
Are you struggling to try again?

I'm Yazmin. Wife to my best friend. Mom to my late-in-life baby girl. I blog about jewelry...
That was…..AWESOME!!!
Wasn’t it? It made me cry. I’m such a sap.
That was…AWESOME. I’ve been feeling a bit down lately thanks to a blood clot which was the result of being in a case thanks to a tear in my Achilles tendon…and I am SO going to get off my sad sack and start my PT. Thanks Yaz, love you babe!
Love you, too, Karen. <3
Now that’s funny – my husband showed me this video just this week. He know what a yoga nut I am! Good luck on your journey and if you need some support you know where I am.

Huh! Maybe the video is making the rounds. I found it on a weight loss forum I’m frequenting. I know how hard all that yoga is with the balancing, so I was more than impressed and very inspired.
