Craft shows??? What if you already sold the item I just purchased?
HOW TO ORDER
Online:
Credit card orders are processed using Paypal. Paypal is 100% secure; for more information, please visit their security page. Your credit card bill will be from “A Pretty Rock”. Paypal will automatically determine shipping and sales tax (7% in the state of Georgia only.)
Other Methods:
If you’d rather pay with a check, money order, or cashier’s check, please contact me and tell me which items you’d like along with a telephone number where I can reach you in case of any questions. I will put them on hold for you and email you an invoice with a total for purchase and shipping. Items won’t be sent until after a check has cleared.
TAXES
Residents of the state of Georgia will be charged 7% tax on all purchases.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
US Shipping:
I ship all domestic packages U.S. First Class Mail and U.S. Priority Mail. I am a one-woman shop, so please allow up to 10 days for packaging and delivery. If there will be a delay in shipping on my end, I will notify you. Please be sure you have provided me with your correct shipping address and telephone number.
International Shipping:
I ship packages to Canada by International First Class Mail and all other packages by Priority Mail International (please be aware that there is no insurance available and I cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages.) Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be levied by the receiving country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information on your country’s customs policies you may contact your local customs office. Please note that the Postal Service does not deliver to all countries.
If you wish to have your package insured, I can ship either Global Express (3-5 days delivery time) or Global Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 days delivery time). Please email me and I will send you the shipping cost for your approval before I process your order.
Having said that…Please note that I reserve the right to adjust shipping charges as necessary for large or overseas orders.
Delivery:
Available items purchased directly through my website are usually shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. If you’ve requested custom pieces made to order, your order may take a few weeks to ship depending on the style of the piece and gemstones available. If you require a rush order I will do my best to ship as quickly as possible.

Your order is guaranteed. If you aren’t delighted with your purchase or your item arrives damaged, please keep all the original packaging materials and contact me for further instructions. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date per the delivery confirmation number.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY
Since the silver components are the real thing, they will develop a darker, antique look with time. If you don’t like this look, silver polish can be used to remove the tarnish and return your jewelry to the brightness it once had. To help maintain your jewelry like that:
- Wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth after removing them and to maintain your jewelry in mint-like condition, it is recommended that you use a non-abrasive cleaning cloth at least once a month.
- Keep anti-tarnish strips in your jewelry box. These can be used for anywhere between 3 to 6 months before they need to be replaced and ensure that your jewelry is ready to wear at any time.
- The best way to store your kjewelry when you are not wearing it, is to place it in a sealed plastic bag, with the exception of pearls. (Plastic bags steal the luster of pearls.)
- The luster of pearls can be restored and manintained by simply washing them occasionally in lukewarm soapy water. Pearls are more fragile than most other semi-precious stones and should be given special care. Make sure that your hairspray and perfumes are completely dry before putting on your pearls.
- Jewelry cleaners may damage a lot of semi-precious stones as well as crystals and freshwater pearls and is not recommended.
- Chlorine and direct sunlight can severely damage sterling silver and semi-precious stones so please avoid prolonged exposure to both.
- Swarovski crystal is best maintained with mild soap and water in combination with a soft, non-abrasive polishing cloth (see note below about our “Sunshine cloths”).
- “Sunshine cloths” are great for cleaning jewelry.

Your jewelry will be repaired FREE of charge for the first year (from date of purchase). Please contact me for more details.

I don’t share your information with anyone. I don’t like it done to me, so I would never do it to my customers as well.
CRAFT SHOWS??? WHAT IF YOU ALREADY SOLD THE ITEM I JUST PURCHASED?
As you can see, I do craft shows several times during the year. This can sometimes mean that an item you just ordered may no longer be in stock, because I don’t always make multiples of every item in my store.
In the event this does occur to you, rest assured that I will either discount the remainder of your order or create an identical piece for you. All the details will be worked out on a case by case basis.
