While sold to me as Chinese Turquoise, I believe the focal stone of the piece to be dyed howlite and ever so much as beautiful as an actual turquoise pendant. With a uniquely cloudy matrix, I’ve accented the stone’s colors by handwiring a chain of faceted rutilated quartz rounds in various colors. Finally, I oxidized the metal to really make the colors pop! It’s an impressive but subtle piece.

The necklace is approximately 18” (45.72 cm) in length. The pendant hangs an additional 7/8” (2.23cm). All metal is sterling silver.
